Yes, there are some universities and colleges that will accept the switch as long as you are able to provide a great profile.

Since Germany follows B.Sc in Engineering as their course, you can search for the best University and check the eligibility requirements and/or talk to the admissions officer/counsellor of the target university for more clarification.
