UFL and ASU have higher CS ranking than UC Davis acc to US news. Penn State harrisburg is lower. But maybe UCs are still superior irrespective of ranking

UFL has a great program from what I know grin my seniors so I'd suggest that. Avoid Harrisburg that place is a dump.
