FIU admission requirements

I have applied for ms in CS at Florida international University. In to-do list they are asking to provide Bank letter, Declaration of finance, Sponsor letter, transcript-Final and transcript-partial. Do we need to provide all this during the start of application process or after getting an admit. And for transcripts partial & final what we need to do
