Deciding between Pratt's Information Experience Design, Purdue's Computer Graphics Technology, CCA's Interaction Design and CMU's HCI programs. Can anyone help me with a decision?

It does have a significant impact because your coursework is different and maybe the last 3 months would be dedicated to thesis or projects. See more

I got a part-scholarship at Pratt, making the net cost between all 4 universities roughly the same. CCA and CMU, however, are one year courses. Does that have a significant impact? See more

Pratt would anytime be amazing place to study design but will be quite expensive. But you will get an edge for getting a job since it's right in the middle of New York. CCA and CMU have prestigious programs too. You just need to compare the coursework and see what you would like to study. Also keep in mind the tuition because all these universities are quite expensive. See more
