Computer science is an extensive program and it's difficult to cover the coursework in a duration of 12 months which is the reason why the minimum duration of a CS program is 18-24 months. 24 months being the standard duration. 
However, you will be able to find specialized courses in CS for an year like artificial intelligence, data science, etc.
