Can someone help me with my application process in George Mason University

My application checklist says that my Intl transcript evaluation(Mason IP) not received. I preferred that university did my transcript evaluation and they agreed on that. But my application status still shows that it is incomplete. Has anyone undergone a similar situation. What to do??? Is my application still struck in the middle....
