Can somebody please evaluate my profile and tell my chances of getting into any of the UCs (for MS in CS).
Profile:
Gre: 314 (166Q, 148V)
Toefl: 104
Cpi: 7.65 from Dhirubhai Ambani Inst. of Info. & Comm. Tech.

I have done a 7 month internship at Space Application Centre (ISRO) and my final sem industrial internship at Samsung Research Institute, Noida. Currently working as a software engineer. I've a decent SoP and getting LoRs from 2 of my profs. and my dept. head during internship at ISRO.
Can my work experience compensate for low cpi?
