I am planning to apply for Masters in the US, I want to know how important is an LOR for an admission to a Masters program in the USH how should we write them, what must be included and what is not to be included? Also, taking LORs from whom would make a better impact on the admission?

Letters of recommendation are required for almost every graduate school application and are a very important part of the application process.  LORs, SOP, and CV/resume are key documents along with your application and transcripts that help admission committees determine your candidature. LORs are references provided by past employers or faculty members that help shed light on the candidate’s traits, previous performance, achievements, and eligibility. They are hence vital for an applicant’s profile and add sizable weightage to the application. You can ask for an LoR your school teachers, professors, manager or someone of higher authority from your workplace.
