Yes you can many universities are waived off gre write ielts if you have all documents with you ,then you can do it

If you can plan your IELTS in next max 10 days and along with prepare all the required document in same time, then you can apply into universities that waived GRE. only if the intake is priority for you as It's a high risk. I would suggest to take enough time and plan in August 2023.

Yes , you can plan. Ielts opt  for computer based test for faster results give gre by this month. Before u get your results finalize sop, lor ,cv. You have Time to apply. Stay chill but be quick.
