Can I get Concordia for CS masters?

I have GRE score of 320 and IELTS band 8 and cgpa 8.11 (EEE). I have work experience of 20 months in an IT domain company where I have done fairly well. I have 2 projects from college (EEE) and no research papers. Can I get into Concordia University for CS masters? How can I improve my profile if necessary ?
