Profile  : BE Civil GPA 3.97 out of 4 from tier-2 college, GRE 314(161 Q,153 V, Awa 3), TOEFL 95, (ielts 7.5),  2.5 years work experience, ME structures with gpa of 4.0, One paper published. please suggest safe mod ambi from UCB, USC, UW, NYU, Santa Clara, Cal state east bay.

OK.. USC is a bit of GPA centric so u do have a good chance there.. U can consider it to be moderate
