ASU is asking me to show $60000 as the proof for i20. The program cost is clearly mentioned as $5260

ASU is asking me to show $60000 as the proof for i20. The program cost is clearly mentioned as $52600. Also, the i20 amount is indicated as $46000 in the financial guarantee form. Any idea why am I being asked to show 60K USD?
