I submitted official scores , department to department it can vary . For example: NCSU has word limit for CS branch while IE doesn't have that

Yes they are good enough. I am in touch with people who have admits from SUNY and they got their i20 too without submitting official scores. I am talkin about MIS though. I think it would be pretty same to IE as well.

Thank you for response. While i will be sending official scores, but the university replied to me in an email that uploaded unofficial scores are good for initial review. I am not sure what does that mean. I've, however, written back to them asking for more clarification.

For cs, Unofficial score reports are enough for review, they will need official scores once you are admitted.
