Hi Surya,
Generally fee waiver codes are not given out unless the university hosts some kind of a webinar related to admissions for the upcoming admissions cycle.
However, You can write to your particular university regarding application fee waivers and why you think you should be considered for it.
If the university finds your reason compelling, they may give you a code!
