Any one help me with the course

Question

i studied aerospace engineering, but currently working as software developer and want to do ms in usa in cs and related fields.  
  but there will be a problem in the visa, so i am confused which course to take weather the mech field course or the cs field course for going to usa with out any visa problems

You have relevant work experience to apply for MS CS so you won't face major issues for your visa.
