Admission confusion in Canada

Question

Hello folks.
I've completed bachelor of engineering(Computer Science)(2022) in india & want to pursue further studies in Canada.I'm stressed & confused about what should I prefer b/w University & Colleges, as I'm eligible for both. 
(Honestly, despite having high grades in academics I'm an average student.)

I’ll also suggest you should create some projects with the languages you have learnt in your college years assuming you have done py,cpp,c,dbms,java you can create exciting projects with them.
