When and where do you usually do it?

I swim twice a week, usually on weekends, in a public pool with a regulated temperature and various strokes for practice.

How do you do it?

I usually begin my swimming workout with warm-up activities and stretching. Following that, I start with a few laps of freestyle stroke. I'm not an experienced swimmer, so I normally take it easy. After freestyle, I go to backstroke to rest my arms and shoulders. I also do a few laps of breaststroke and butterfly strokes to push myself. I normally wrap off my session with some simple stretching and relaxing exercises.

Swimming is a low-impact exercise suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It helps in weight loss and improves cardiovascular health. It is also a stress reliever and aids in clearing the mind.

Many individuals struggle to find time for exercise, so they spend time at these facilities to stay fit. I prefer to practice yoga daily to be fit.

There is a yoga center near my house, and I go there around 6 a.m. to practice yoga.

I start with the meditation. It involves a brief minute of inhalation and exhalation, which boosts the immune system. Like many young people, I made a New Year's resolution to join a gym. But I procrastinated and felt uninterested. So, I decided to go for a walk, which was easy and convenient. I along with my fitness-conscious cousin go to walk daily. This approach keeps me healthy and fit.

When and where do you usually do it?

As a techie, I developed a tummy due to prolonged sitting in front of my system. During the pandemic lockdown, I discovered this issue and decided to try a morning walk with my cousin. We started walking for a few kilometers daily, gradually increasing the distance as we progressed and we noticed visible results in my belly.

How do you do it?

We wake up early and simply go for a walk. When we return, we drink coconut water or fresh juices for vitamins and minerals.

Answering an IELTS Cue Card may seem difficult, but you can ace it with practice. Give enough time to the preparation, and follow the following tips to present your ideas :

  • Tip 1: Understand the topic. Make sure you address every question.
  • Tip 2: Improve your pronunciation and intonation. Speak clearly, without interruptions.
  • Tip 3: Be conscious of your pace. Speaking very fast can lead to mistakes. Speaking slowly shows you need to be more fluent in speaking.
