Maintaining a healthy lifestyle involves engaging in various activities like running, walking, cycling, swimming, and more. It is a full-body workout that helps tone muscles and improve flexibility and balance.

I swim twice a week, usually on weekends, in a public pool with a regulated temperature and various strokes for practice.

I usually begin my swimming workout with warm-up activities and stretching. Following that, I start with a few laps of freestyle stroke. I'm not an experienced swimmer, so I normally take it easy. I normally wrap off my session with some simple stretching and relaxing exercises.

There is a yoga center near my house, and I go there around 6 a.m. to practice yoga.

Like many young people, I made a New Year's resolution to join a gym. But I procrastinated and felt uninterested. So, I decided to go for a walk, which was easy and convenient. I along with my fitness-conscious cousin go to walk daily. This approach keeps me healthy and fit.
