Les Roches Global Hospitality Education was formerly known as Les Roches International School of hotel management. Today it is better known simply as Les Roches. It was founded in 1954. It is a private hospitality school located in the Canton of Valais, Switzerland, and is owned by Eurazio. It was reestablished as a hospitality school in 1979 and currently has more than 1200 students from around 70 different countries. An additional 150 students come to the institute for internships.
