1. What if I stop taking my course after I've begun it?
After accepting their offer of enrollment or starting their studies, any students who wish to terminate their studies completely should consult the withdrawal procedures for more information.
The rules in the ICMS Refund and Grading Policies will be used to determine the academic and monetary consequences of withdrawal requests.
2. What happens if my offer is rejected?
The institution retains the authority to revoke (rescind) an offer or terminate a person's enrollment if: If the institution is not convinced that the applicant satisfies the Genuine Student (GS) and/or Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements set by the DHA; If an offer is made inadvertently; If an offer is based on incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information provided by the applicant or certifying authority.
3. Do I have any commitments once I enroll?
For the length of their studies at the Institution, students must read, comprehend, and abide by the conditions outlined in the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.
4. Can my study burden be lightened up?
Domestic students may choose to study less intensively or part-time. To lessen their course load, international students must submit an application, which may only be granted under specific conditions. See the Change of Study Load Procedures for more details on eligibility and the application process.
5. What must I do to be a sponsored student?
Before submitting their filled-out form, sponsored students must get their sponsor's written clearance. Students must submit their application with a letter of authorization from their sponsor.
