- There are five different kinds of Friedrich Schiller University scholarships: sabbaticals, hold-ups, completion scholarships, re-entry scholarships, and start-ups. Depending on the scholarship, these may be awarded anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. Successful candidates will receive a EUR 2,000(INR 1,60,000) monthly stipend and, if applicable, family allowances to support their projects.
- Attend one of its partner universities. You may participate in exchange programs at the University of Jena for one to two semesters, for example, through ERASMUS+, bilateral exchange programs, or with a DAAD Scholarship. You can take regular classes in your field of study, explore new topics, learn German, and take other courses.
- The University offers 22 international study programs. Numerous of them are a part of international study program collaborations (IPC) fostered with its overseas partner institutions, allowing our students to achieve a double degree. Specialist and intercultural material, any language of teaching other than German, a higher percentage of international students, or a required semester or year abroad are requirements for international study programs.
