Transportation in the city

Rennes School of Business is located in Rennes, Brittany and the distance between the city and the university is less than three miles. Students can travel to the Rennes Campus by bus which is accessible on lines C4 or 14 at the “Prefecture – ESC” stop. Additionally, students can use the metro which is only a ten-minute walk from campus, and the trains typically arrive at Line A – “Pontchaillou” stop. Alternative modes of transport include taxi service, carpooling, and cycling.

Located 10 minutes away from the city center, Rennes School of Business offers the most comprehensive and comfortable learning environment on campus through its educational and recreational facilities. 

  • Across its 4 major buildings, the university is equipped with 20 lecture theaters which usually have a seating capacity of 50 to 400 seats. 
  • Students have access to classrooms and group work areas spread across campus along with offices for each of their student associations. 
  • The university has a multimedia resource center, a language resource center, and an audio-visual production center, with cameras and editing equipment. 
  • Rennes School of Business’s Learning Center offers its students and faculty workspaces, on-site and online resources, and assistance in finding information. The center is equipped with two large rooms dedicated to individual work, one space equipped with 6 iMacs, seven bookable co-working spaces equipped with whiteboards and flat screens, and a faculty room. 
  • The Learning Center provides its students with more than 10,000 press publications and academic journals, 20,000 books, and ebooks, and access to the most important international management databases
  • Through the Aloha Square, the university’s Student Care team assists students with general and academic information, well-being, internships and work-study, housing, and other student-centered activities. 
  • Student entrepreneurs with a potential idea or a start-up project are highly supported by the Rennes School of Business Innostart program. 
  • Rennes School of Business Paris Campus, enhanced by digital technology is located in a 5-storey building with classrooms and a dedicated space to accommodate the Alumni House which is an initiative that will promote the careers of both current and future graduates.

Student life

  • Rennes School of Business offers its students 26 student associations that are divided into five centers of activity. The clubs and associations are spread across vast interests like business services, entrepreneurship, sustainable development, finance, humanitarian projects, sports, artistic and cultural events, student services, etc.
  • Through their “Learning by Doing” philosophy, students volunteer with non-profit associations located outside the school that are related to their association’s missions and objectives.
  • The university offers a delegate training scheme where students train themselves to improve personal and interpersonal skills. There are 140 delegates across all the school’s programs hosting multiple workshops and events.
