  • Transportation to the university is provided by these means:-
  • Rutgers-Newark operates the shuttle bus, which is shared with NJIT and provides transportation for the university community between the two campuses, major public transit networks, and Harrison and Kearny. Shuttle service is complimentary with your NJIT ID card.
  • AirTrain Newark makes it simple to get to and from New Jersey TRANSIT.
  • The Newark City Subway is currently part of Jersey Transit's Newark Light Rail System.
