The FH Aachen University provides a Semester Ticket for Public Transportation. This facility provides access to free travel on most public transportation within the German state of North-Rhine Westphalia and is included in the fees. On campus accomodation

The FH Aachen University gives the option of on-campus accommodation to students enrolled in the Freshman Program. Living on campus is convenient as the apartments are situated just steps from the classrooms. It also helps students become adaptable to people from diverse backgrounds, as they would be sharing a room with another same-gender freshman. 

The accommodation includes a furnished double room with a shared furnished kitchen (meals are not included), shared bathroom, utilities (water, electricity, heat, etc.), internet facility, credit card-operated laundry facilities, and a study room.
