Your ability to succeed as a student depends on your physical and mental health. It also thinks that having a general sense of well-being is part of being in good health. This may be attained by having a network of peers you can talk to and get advice from, as well as by feeling secure and supported on campus, having confidence in your skills, and practicing effective self-care. A range of wellness events, activities, and instructional programs contribute to a healthy campus environment to help you achieve good health and well-being.
