Founded in 1876, Royal Military College of Canada is a non-profit public higher education institution located in Kingston, Ontario. The University has its branch campus in Saint-Jean sur Richelieu. The University offers officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees, bachelor degrees, master degrees, and doctorate degrees in arts, science, Social Sciences and Humanities, and engineering. RMC educates and trains its on-campus students for careers in the Canadian Armed Forces. Through its continuing studies, the University also provides education at a distance to hundreds of military and civilian members of the Department of National Defence.
