Cardiff Metropolitan University, originally known as the University of Wales Institute, is a university in Cardiff, Wales. The institution provides degree programmes in a wide range of fields.   • Cardiff Metropolitan University is devoted to promoting sustainable travel to decrease their environmental effect and promote the health and well-being of its students and employees.
  • On the City Line, Waun-Gron train station is about a 20-minute walk from the Llandaff campus.
  • During the school year, MetRider buses run hourly from the Cyncoed campus, Roath, Cathays, and the city center to Llandaff. All of the MetRider buses stop right outside the campus.
  • Students and teachers can participate in Cycle activities at the university. It has the largest work-based Bike User Group in Wales, with over 320 members of staff regularly cycling to work and over 800 students requesting access to the cycle stores to be added to their ID cards, as well as the upgrade and completion of the Cycle Hub, new cycle shelters, and the sale of secure locks at a third of the RRP.

  • The Cyncoed Campus, the Llandaff Campus, and the Plas Gwyn Residential Campus are the three campuses of this university. Cyncoed is a bustling campus that provides students with outstanding athletic facilities. It also serves as the headquarters for the Students' and Athletics Union.
