Bucknell University: Acceptance Rate, Fees & Courses

There are a few options for transportation in the city of Bucknell, Pennsylvania, home to Bucknell University.

• Downtown Shuttle: This shuttle runs every hour Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It stops at Barnes & Noble, Walmart, Evangelical Hospital, and Weis Markets. The shuttle is free for Bucknell students, faculty, and staff.
  
• Airport and Train Station Shuttles: Bucknell offers transportation to airports and train stations during University breaks and at the beginning and end of the fall and spring semesters. The break shuttles serve multiple airports, the Harrisburg Transportation Center, greater New England, and greater New York.
  
• Personal Vehicles: Students who wish to park a personal vehicle on campus are required to purchase a parking permit when they are in their sophomore, junior, or senior year. Please note that first-year students are not eligible to park on campus.
• Bikes: Bikes are a popular way to get around campus and the surrounding area. There are bike racks located throughout campus, and the Bison Bikes program loans bicycles to Bucknell students free of charge.
