University of Santiago de Compostela: Acceptance Rate, Fees & Courses

Spain's cities all have public transit, one of the most popular ways for students to move around. In Spain, there are several options for public transportation, including trains, buses, and taxis.

The University's purchase of collections and the extremely rich bibliographical contributions it has received throughout its history have led to the Library's historical collection. 

• The university library serves as a hub for teaching, research, study, and learning. It consists of all the audio-visual, documentary, and bibliographic collections amassed by the many centres and services. It provides 20 service locations spread across the Santiago and Lugo campuses.
• The Office of Sustainable Development was established as a support organization for administration. The SDP seeks to serve as our University's strategic reference framework, ensuring that sustainability is considered in management, research, training, and university outreach.

The University of Santiago de Compostela's Sports Area is in charge of organizing and overseeing its sporting events and facilities to encourage students to participate in sports as a valuable component of their education.

• The University Involvement and Integration Service creates and oversees USC's mechanisms to support creating and delivering social responsibility projects associated with volunteerism, social participation, and university inclusion initiatives.
• The Vice-Office Chancellor's for Communication, Culture, and Services' Culture section provides the University Community with various programs, advantages, and services with a cultural focus.
• Various activities are planned, including theatre classes, dancing studios, USC orchestra, astronomical rooms, music libraries, and areas for photography and movies.

Halls of Residence offers housing, preferably for students and university community members. The campus has seven residence halls at the University of Santiago de Compostela.

 The University Residence Service, or SUR in Spanish, provides

• Housing for students.
• Other members of the institution community.
• Other participants in USC-sponsored activities who do not attend the University.
• The SUR provides members of the university community with an average of 1,071 spaces per year, distributed by groups and sectors.
• In addition to Burgo das Naciones Hall and Jess Bal y Gay University Residence, the residence halls include Rodrguez Cadarso Residence Hall, San Clemente Residence Hall, Fonseca Residence Hall, Monte da Condesa Residence Hall, and Fonseca Residence Hall.
• The average University of Santiago de Compostela accommodation fee is EUR 300(INR 24000)/ month.
