Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville: Acceptance Rate, Fees & Courses

Madison County Transit serves Edwardsville with an award-winning bus service. Buses run between the two communities, as well as to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, county transportation hubs, and MetroLink, which provides access to many major St. Louis sites as well. The majority of the students use these buses to get to the university.

• Morris Library is spread out across eight levels and offers a range of areas to fit a variety of functions and demands. There is a limited amount of event space accessible throughout the facility.
• At the Southern Illinois University campus, enrolled students have access to health service providers, a laboratory, and a pharmacy. SIUE Health Service is available by appointment only.
• The Health Center is located on the east side of campus and is connected to the Student Recreation Center.
• It has a pharmacy, wellness resources, a psychiatry clinic, and much more spread out over 57,000 square feet.

SIU's main campus is in College Town, and it has been constructed and created with vibrant and modern campuses for both living and learning.

It provides a variety of on-campus housing choices for SIU students. On campus, there are two residence halls, apartment complexes for students from various walks of life, and specialty housing to fulfill the needs of all of its students.

• East Campus and West Campus are the two primary residence hall sections that have been made available, each with a commons building that houses a dining hall. 
• The last residence hall rooms are completely equipped, and many of them have even been customized to accommodate specific types of limitations that some students may have.
• There are three possibilities for students who want to live in an apartment in the United States. 
• Southern Illinois University has three apartment buildings: Evergreen Terrace, Elizabeth Apartments, and Wall & Grand.
• These flats have one, two, and three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 130 students at a time.
