Transportation in the city

The most widely used means of transportation in the city is buses. However, some of the nearby stops that make it more convenient to reach the college include Dascomb Hall, Johnson House Diner, Allen Memorial Art Museum, Crozier's bar, and Mercy Health hospital. 1. Where Can I get help finding housing facilities?
There are no charges for students living on campus during Winter Term. Students are allowed to stay in their dorms during this time, but for off-campus accommodation, several facilities are available to rent houses or flats. 

2. How can I access library resources being off campus?
To get access to the licensed resources off-campus students are suggested to use a VPN or authenticate with a proxy server using a barcode number available on the back of the card, available on libraries website.

3. Where do I receive my term bill, and are financial aids considered in the term bill? 
Term bills are normally issued in the first week of July for the fall semesters and in December for the spring semester. Normally statements are processed on the first business day of each month. Financial aid is applied to the account of students as it is received. Students may reduce the amount of the due financial aid or the award that the financial aid office sends out.

4.  How to start a study away program? 
Defining your goals in a given time and based on the academic advisor's response from the study of an office process can be initiated. It takes time to contact a program and investigate the evaluation and procurement of required documents since the more popular programs have rolling admissions, and sometimes it fills up quickly.

5. How has COVID affected campus resources? 
Campus dining and teaching facilities have been working on a hybrid mode where a mask is required everywhere except when you are eating or drinking concerts and athletics will be allowed with spectators where masks will also be required indoors with a certainly designed sitting arrangement to ensure proper distancing.
