  • California College of Arts has various residence hall options like  Avenue Apartments, Clifton Hall, and Irwin Hall within its four-acre campus.
  • The main structure houses the Nave, painting and illustration classrooms and studios, the Hybrid Lab, furniture bench room, wood and metal shops, design and architecture studios, and computer labs; the Backlot, which has been revived as an outdoor maker space.
  • The CCA Wattis Institute for Contemporary Arts is a platform for contemporary culture located near the San Francisco campus on Kansas St.
  • Simpson Library is at the San Francisco campus and features architecture, design, graphic novels, and fine art holdings. Simpson Library's special collections include Artists' Books, MUSE Carts and Science Equipment, Object collections, and the most recent CCA graduate theses.
  • Since 1968, Meyer Library has served as the Oakland campus library. Artists' books, the Hamaguchi Study Print Collection, the Faculty Development Collection, the Games Collection, the CCA / C College Archives, and the Capp Street Project archive are among the Special Collections.

The CCA Digital Craft Lab (DCL) supports and promotes cutting-edge research in architectural design, digital fabrication, material science, data visualization, and robotics through four core areas of research specialization. The Digital Craft Lab is open to all undergraduate and graduate architecture students and is a collaborative place for advanced research, digital manufacturing, data visualization, and material experimentation.
