How to defer admit from spring to fall at Northeastern university ?

I wish to defer my Spring 2022 admission to fall 2022 but there isn't an option in the application portal & I mailed them, but they aren't responding to my emails either & also try calling on their contact no. It sends straight to recording. Could somebody help me if they found the same issue?
