Ministry of Foreign Affairs Scholarships 2021

Dora Plus scholarship

Dora Plus scholarships are available to Tallinn University Master's students as well as visiting PhD students from other universities. The monthly scholarship for foreign Master's students is 350 EUR (26,000 INR). The scholarship amount for visiting PhD students is 660 EUR (52,000 INR) per month for up to ten months.

Estonian Government Scholarships for International Students

The Estonian Government scholarships are divided into four main categories: 1) undergraduate studies in Estonian culture and traditions; 2) MA and PhD studies; 3) participation in summer and winter schools; and 4) mobility grants for researchers and academic staff.
