Transportation in the city

Transportation in Denmark is relatively affordable when compared to other major cities. With a student pass or a “Youth Card,” you can use bus travel for a complete month for the cost of INR 3628 to INR 6047. Other major transportation options include:

Services offered by the university

  • The complex, which was designed by Vilhelm Lauritzer Architects, is made up of interconnecting concrete, glass, and tile-sided buildings of varied heights that hold student auditoriums, faculty offices, a cafeteria, the main library, a student bar, and the campus bookshop.
  • Kilen (The Wedge) was inaugurated in 2006 and has 10,000 square meters of student classrooms, study areas, and research and administrative offices. The four-story wedge-shaped skyscraper was designed by Lundgaard & Tranberg Architects and contains a huge oval-shaped atrium that reaches the height of the building. Full-story screens made of wood, matte glass, or copper cover the façade and spin in reaction to the Sun and weather.
  • Multimedia laboratories, interpretation labs, break-out spaces for group and project work, personal computers, and the Learning Resource Center are all available to students. Every third year, computers are replaced with new versions. 

Student life at Copenhagen Business School

CBS is an urban school with four contemporary buildings in Frederiksberg, close to Copenhagen's city center. Solbjerg Plads, the main complex, built in 2000 and has 34,000 m2 of student and business space surrounded by gardens and outdoor living area.

  • MarketingLab, founded in 2012, is a student-run association with a similar interest in innovative marketing. The organization's goal is to build a connection between students and industry. The team is made up of the most ambitious students who work on events, courses, and consulting on a weekly basis. 
  • CBS Sport, a CBS-owned independent sports organization, is also available at the campus. CBS Sport was founded in 2006 and now offers 12 sports.
