What to choose? So confused!

Hello,
I got admitted to the following universities in Master of Scence in Computer Science for this fall:
1. University of Texas Arlington
2. University of South Carolina with Teaching Assistantship offer

I can't find much feedback and sources for South Carolina. Also, I am not able to find single individual who is going for MSCS this fall to UoSC. On other hand there are huge number of students going to UTA.
Please help me choosing the university considering all the cons and pros.
