I’m planning to join CSULB in california long beach for my master’s program starting in Spring 2025. I’m trying to get a better understanding of the cost of living in the area. Could anyone share their experiences or insights regarding:

Monthly rental costs: How much should I expect to pay for a 1BHK or 2BHK apartment near the university or in a student-friendly area?

Utilities and other expenses: What are the average monthly costs for electricity, water, internet, etc.?

Groceries and transportation: How much do you usually spend on groceries each month? Is public transport affordable and convenient?
