Is MBA in Germany worth it?

Question

I am an engineer with around 3 years of experience and I look forward to pursuing an MBA from Germany. Is it worth doing an MBA in Germany? I am a little concerned because Germany is primarily known for the Engineering profession so I want to know whether an MBA will help me to land a good job. Also, what is the fee structure and the course structure like? Please guide me. It would be a great help. #mba #Germany

Duration of an MBA is 1to 1.8 years, and Executive MBA: 2 years

During MBA:

· Although the mode of instruction would be English, that will be limited only to the classroom

· Networking being one of the major reasons why candidates choose to go for an MBA, It becomes difficult to network with the peers due to lack of/limited knowledge of their culture and language.

· Social life becomes so narrow that you might end up looking for people who can understand you as a person, your business ideas and has decent proficiency to speak and understand English for the purpose of articulating your thoughts.

After MBA: Recruitment

The majority of the companies will prefer the candidates with a sound understanding of their culture and can write & speak English to perform better in the workplace.

For example: If the target industry is Marketing or may be consulting: One can never imagine getting into it without the sound knowledge of their culture and language.

Additionally, currently European job market is not stable so it becomes much more difficult that too for an international candidate to find out suitable job opportunities.
