For WES evaluation, should we choose WES ICAP($206) or the Basic($160). I want to check my equivale

For WES evaluation, should we choose WES ICAP($206) or the Basic($160).

I want to check my equivalent GPA, but i dont have to send scores as of now to any uni.
WES website says that for ICAP they keep the transcripts reserved with them, so in basic they will just evaluate and finish any records they have of my evaluation?

Now, if i choose WES basic($160), then will i be able to send my evealuated scores say after 6 months ?
