A dilemma between Suny Poly Utica and George Mason University

I have received admits from both the universities for Spring 23' and I don't know which one to choose in between. Sunypoly for Cis and George Mason for Mis.
The total cost(tuition fees+cost of living) difference between the two is huge. It is almost like I'll be spending twice the amount at George Mason Fairfax if I choose it instead of Suny poly Utica. What should I do?
