Step 3: Fill Out the Registration Form

Step 1: Visit the IDP Login Page

Head back to the IDP website (https://www.idp.com/global/user-signin/) and click on the "Sign in" button. This will take you directly to the login page.

Step 2: Enter Your Login Credentials

This is where you'll need the username and password you created during account setup.  Make sure you type them in correctly, paying attention to upper and lowercase letters.

Step 3: Click "Sign In."

Once you've entered your username and password, click the "Sign in" button. If everything matches your account details, you should be successfully logged in and ready to explore your IDP account features.

You don’t need to worry. Here’s a step-by-step guide to recovering your ID.

Step 1. After going to the website of IDP. Kindly click on the candidate login section link on the home page.

Step 2. Click on the ‘Forgot your username’ link to generate your username

Step 3. Put in your passport number and date of birth, which you had provided at the time of

registration and then click ‘Submit’.

Once submitted, an email with your username will be triggered to the registered email address.

Step 4. Once you receive the username at your registered email address, please go back to the candidate login section page and click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link.

Step 5. Please enter the username which you have received at your registered email address and click on ‘Submit’.

Step 6. Please put in both username and password which you have received at your registered email address and click on ‘Submit’

Once submitted, you will be able to access the candidate login section.

Step 7. Due to security reasons, you are requested to change the password immediately after your first login. Kindly follow the below procedure to change the password.

Click on the ‘Change Password’ link as shown below:

Once clicked, please put in the below-requested details to change your password. The new

password should be a of minimum six (6) characters.

You can access the candidate login section after completing the process by entering your new password and username.
