Which among the two would be a better option Meng civil with specialization in Project Management at University of Calgary, Canada or MSc in Environmental Engineering at TUHH Germany?

I am equally comfortable in either of the programs from course work or thesis point of view. Would like to know about job prospects and which program would be a better option to consider.
