If you have done a 10+3 diploma in India, I think you are eligible for a Bachelor's degree in Canada. The eligibility criteria would best be explained by the undergraduate admissions department of the specific universities you are targeting, and you may have to take extra courses, but the exams will be similar to other Bachelor applicants like SATs, IELTS etc. So first decide what bachelor you want to do, and then find a few unis you would like to send a mail to regarding you admissions requirements.
