WES STATUS: Post successful payment, my WES application status says "In progress, we are currently r

WES STATUS:
Post successful payment, my WES application status says "In progress, we are currently reviewing your application" .
I was expecting the status to be "on hold, waiting for documents"

I am unable to even see the printable courier label. I have only received a Wes ref number post successful payment.

Am I missing any step? Please help.
