UG profile building

Is it worth taking profile building package with Geniuszen or Jamboree wch costing 2.5 to 3 lakh for UG in abroad, most of these companies making a impressive webinars. Is it the contents in profile building like internships, community services, extra curricular activities, projects which are usually not much for all students while under grade 10, which these consultancy services are showing magnified view on the impact of these.
