Trying to get into US or Singapore universities for the fall intake

Hi, I have completed BCom with 64.5% and have 3 years of work experience. I just quit my job to pursue higher studies but is it too late to try for fall intake? I haven’t taken any exams yet. Is it possible for me to get into any universities for the fall intake? Can gre/gmat be waived?
