Students from SPPU (Pune university) generally score less CGPAs on a 10 point scale, because the assessment process is really strict. Does the universities abroad consider this fact during the admission process? as most students from other universities in India are observed to score high, around 9+ on 10. (CGPA of 4 years in BE)
