Should I want for next term or jump a head

I have got admit in few uni for cs for fall2023 but I changed my major to information science and technology and got admit in it but I have only one uni now should swart fresh for the spring term apply for uni in the new major or go head with missouri s&t ( I dont have much info on the uni but few like its a good one but should see for more options) #must #unitedstates #confused #decision
