Is WES evaluation required for the below mentioned universities

Hey folks. I'm trying to understand if I need to get WES done for all these universities. From looking up messages and posts, it appears that only SJSU needs it for admission purposes and for other universities, unofficial transcripts are sufficient. Can someone please clarify? 1. SJSU - WES/ACEI 2. SDSU - Unofficial transcript is sufficient? 3. CSULB - Unofficial transcript is sufficient? #CSU #CSULB #SDSU #SJSU

University Selection Guidelines:

University Selection has become a highly time-consuming activity with the advent of dynamic changes in profile requirements at each university. Each university has its own set of criteria for choosing a profile while taking into account the required academic grades. While finalizing a university, it is best to narrow down your university options and compare the universities on these parameters: - Programs are available (BS, MS, MBA, MEM, Ph.D., etc.). Check to see if they offer academic course-oriented or research thesis-oriented programs. - Required minimum GPA for the selected program (many times this is minimum 3.0 GPA is required out of a 4.0 GPA) - Checking if you have completed the required pre-requisite courses - Tests (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS, etc., and minimum scores) - Available course specializations and teaching faculty members from the graduate programs course catalog - University Rankings both program-specific and world rankings (US News Ranking, QS World Ranking) - Program total duration i.e., 18 months or 24 months - Total Cost - Tuition, living expenses, etc. (estimated i20 expense value) - Availability of Financial Assistance in terms of fellowships, Teaching assistantships, Research assistantships, etc. to International Students - Current Student Profiles & Alumni (Percentage of international students, average work experience levels, etc) for this you could utilize Yocket’s Connect tool by filtering the selected universities and application status using this link: https://yocket.com/connect or expand your network over LinkedIn by searching the University names - Location (country, climate, semi-rural, city, nearby employment opportunities, etc.) The above criteria should ideally be sufficient to decide on and understand the placement profiles, making this criterion optional. However, if you have any special requirements, be sure to look them over. - Public universities typically have lower tuition costs and provide the best job placements because many of them are reputable institutions. Private institutions also have good curriculum structures and offer more than average-paying placements. Private universities have high tuition fees, but they may occasionally offer scholarships. After gathering your GPA, standardized test scores, academic project details, internships, course completion certificates, and work experience details (if any), you could use one of Yocket's simplest tools - https://yocket.com/college-finder/ to learn about ambitious, moderate, and target universities for your profile. Furthermore, to understand the close enough figure for your chances at any university for the selected program, you can use the Yocket Admit Predictor Tool here: https://yocket.com/blog/yocket-admit-predictor #masters #USA #universityshortlisting #universityselection
