My WES got rejected it stated my institution should send directly to WES. My college comes under Mumbai University. what shall i do now as Mumbai University does not send the documents directly.

In sender ( Put stamp of cont of exam / registrar ) , get all flaps stamped by same official in a university envelope

Yeah, they are asking it to be sent from university but sadly my university doesn't support any such facility
