My I20 amount is 60352$ = 39,22,880 (RIT) but my loan is 35,00,000 (credila) and doesn't have any

My I20 amount is 60352$ = 39,22,880 (RIT) but my loan is 35,00,000 (credila) and doesn't have any savings.
What should I do further to get my I20 issued and to face the problems during Visa interview.
